One factory from first launch to repeat orders
Fujian Sweet Home Co., Ltd. builds massage chairs, recliners and sofas in two factory buildings totalling 16,000+ m² in Fujian, China, with 100–150 staff, serving customers in 30+ countries.
Our two buildings house upholstery cutting and sewing, frame and mechanism assembly, electronics fitting, run-in testing and packing under one roof. With 100–150 people on the floor and customers in 30+ countries, we can support a brand from its first launch through to multi-container programmes without moving production elsewhere. It is the same line that builds every private label programme.
What happens on the floor
- Upholstery: cutting, sewing and logo embroidery for headrest and cover sets.
- Assembly: frame, mechanism, airbag system and wiring, built station by station.
- Electronics: controller, wiring harness and, for commercial chairs, payment modules.
- Run-in testing: every finished chair runs through its programmes before packing.
- Packing: branded cartons, manuals and labels for each destination market.
Quality approach
Quality is checked against a sealed golden sample that you approved, not against a generic standard. Incoming materials, in-line stations and final inspection each have their own checklist, and buyers or their inspection agencies are welcome on the line.
