The massage chair OEM process
Six steps, each with a clear deliverable and a clear decision on your side.
Step 1 · Brief
We start with your market rather than our catalogue: who buys, where they buy, which product tier you are aiming at and what competing chairs look like in your channel. A short call or a completed RFQ is enough to begin. New to this? Read how to start a private label brand.
You receive: a short list of suitable platforms. You decide: which platforms to explore.
Step 2 · Proposal
For the chosen platform we list exactly what can change — colour, materials, logo positions, controller branding, packaging — and what should stay as-is for reliability. Commercial quotations are sent directly by email, never published.
See the customisation checklist.
You receive: a customisation sheet. You decide: the specification for your sample.
Step 3 · Branded sample
The sample is assembled on the regular production line with your logo and colourway applied, so what you evaluate is what production will deliver.
You receive: the sample, plus photos and video for your internal review. You decide: changes, or approval.
Step 4 · Golden sample and artwork approval
Once approved, one sample is sealed as the golden sample. Carton, manual and label proofs are signed off at the same stage, so nothing about the product's appearance is left open when production starts.
Step 5 · Production and quality control
- Incoming checks on key parts and upholstery
- In-line checks at each assembly station
- A function run-in for every finished chair
- Final inspection against the golden sample, including appearance and packaging
Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome; we provide access to the line and the finished goods.
Step 6 · Packing and shipment
Chairs are packed in your branded cartons with market-specific plugs, manuals and labels. Export documents are prepared for your destination, and after-sales support continues directly with the factory team.
